Patients are responsible for the total fees for treatment received at Beaver Clinic Limited.
All major credit cards, debit cards, funds transfer, cheques, mobile money and cash are acceptable payment options.
Dental procedures completed at Beaver Clinic Limited are often covered by insurance plans. Patients are advised to obtain and forward guarantee of payment letters prior to date of service in accordance with insurance plan guidelines.
Conversely, the Beaver Clinic team will submit invoices for verification of patients’ insurance plan coverage (if any) by insurers and obtain any applicable deductibles, co-payments and/or co-insurance amounts payable.
Our administrative staff typically will prepare and submit claims to insurance plans that offer direct billing services on behalf of patients. In cases where patients are the sole beneficiaries of claims, comprehensive reports, invoices and receipts are prepared for patients to assist with reimbursements.
